What are your hours of
operation?
Sopris West is open Monday
through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Mountain Standard Time (MST). You
can also order 24 hours a day through our secure online ordering service at store.cambiumlearning.com.
What forms of payment do
you accept?
We accept checks, money
orders, purchase orders, and credit card payments (MasterCard and VISA). Credit
is available for purchase orders from public schools and recognized educational
institutions.
What are your terms for
purchase order payments?
Our terms for purchase
order payments are net 30 days. However, we realize that for some schools,
approval of payment takes longer, so we often make reasonable exceptions.

Is online ordering
secure?
Yes, at Sopris West, we
take your security seriously. Sopris West is a member in good standing of
VeriSign, Inc., a leading provider of Internet Trust Services. The Trust
Certificate issued to Sopris West from VeriSign, Inc. confirms our ability to
conduct trusted and secure electronic commerce and communications over IP
networks. Sopris West uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, an
industry-standard protocol used to establish secure communications between a web
server and a client. We also currently support 128-bit encryption, the most
secure way to protect your credit card information. To further maintain your
security, we delete your credit card information after each transaction, rather
than store it in our database.
When I give Sopris West
personal information online, will it remain
confidential?
Yes, your personal
information will remain strictly confidential. We take your privacy seriously.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone
else.
What is your
guarantee?
If you’re not satisfied,
we’re not satisfied. That’s why we back every product with a 30-day guarantee.
Use our resources in your school for 30 days, and if you aren’t satisfied for
any reason during that time, simply follow the return policy outlined below for
a prompt refund.
Does Sopris West have a
preview policy?
Our 30-day satisfaction
guarantee serves as our preview policy. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with the
product you ordered, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a credit or
refund. Simply follow the return policy outlined below.
How do I return
something for a refund?
If you aren’t 100%
satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a
credit or refund of the purchase price (excluding freight). To ensure that your
account is promptly credited, we require a copy of your packing slip or invoice
along with a return authorization.* Please return the materials in salable
condition with a short note telling us why, so we can learn from your experience
and develop products that exceed your expectations.

How do I get my signed
purchase order to you?
We accept signed purchase
orders by mail or by fax. To avoid duplication when faxing orders, PLEASE DO NOT
MAIL US ANOTHER COPY. Sorry, but we are unable to accept purchase orders by
phone.
How can I order with a
credit card?
We accept MasterCard and
Visa orders by fax or mail with an order form. You can also call in your credit
card order toll free at (800) 547-6747 or shop online at www.sopriswest.com. To expedite the
ordering process, please have your credit card and product codes ready before
you call.
Is there a minimum order
size?
No, but the minimum
shipping and handling charge is $4.
Can I request my order
for a specific date?
Although we can’t guarantee
delivery by a specific date without extra delivery charges, we do our absolute
best to accommodate your requests. If you need your order by a specific date,
please let us know that date when you place your order. However, to allow
sufficient planning and shipping time for training materials, we must receive
your order 30 days before the training date.
How quickly can I expect
my order?
Most orders are shipped
within ten working days of receipt (October through May). During the summer,
orders are shipped within three weeks. Once your order leaves our warehouse,
normal UPS and FedEx delivery times are:
West Coast: 5
days Midwest: 4-6 days South: 4-6 days. East Coast: 7
days Express shipping is available upon request for an additional fee. Call

What are your shipping
and handling fees?
Orders from $1.00–$99.99,
12% ($4 minimum). Order from $100.00–$99,999,99, 10%. Orders of $100,000.00 and
higher, 8%.

Australian customers should

How do you charge for
international orders outside the United
States, Canada, or Australia?
You will be charged the
actual cost of shipping, plus a service charge of 5% of the total product
purchased. This charge offsets the extra preparation involved in international
shipping.
How are international
orders shipped?
Outside of the
United States,
Canada, and
Australia, we ship via the fastest
and least expensive way possible. Generally, this means goods are shipped via
the U.S. Postal Service. When you place your order, please specify Air or
Surface delivery.
